Luke 2:6-7

6While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, 7and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

I have been around a lot of babies lately and I have seen how fragile they truly are. They in no way can survive without a caregiver. They are completely helpless.

And this is the way that are our all powerful, creator of the universe, chose to save us, by becoming a powerless, fragile infant.

I am in awe.
